What: Mission Statement: “To Provide Stroke Survivors and their Families with Support and Informational Resources”
Join the Stroke Survivor Support Group. The group offers education, support and resources for individuals and families who have been affected by stroke. The meetings are formatted as 30 minutes of presentation and 30 minutes of questions and answers.

When: Meetings are held once a month on the third Thursday at 2pm.
What: Come and discover the answers to these and many more questions about continuing your decision to breastfeed while returning to the workplace. Fee is $25.00 per couple.
When: 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Wednesdays: August 4 and September 1
What: Be sure everyone who cares for your baby is skilled in lifesaving techniques. Fee is $25.00 per couple

What: Face childbirth with confidence. This 12-hour course discusses anatomy and physiology, stages of labor, warning signs, breathing and relaxation techniques, and pain management. Included in this class is a tour of the Birthing Center, a visit with a Nurse Anesthetist, and what to expect while recovering from childbirth. Taught by a certified childbirth instructor. Fee is $75 per couple.
When: August Class: Saturdays 8/07 and 8/14 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
September Class: Saturdays 9/04 and 9/11 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
What: Learning the techniques for infant massage will provide remarkable benefits to your baby (birth through age 3 months.) Fee is $25.00 per couple.
When: 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Mondays: August 9 and September 13
What: Learn about breastfeeding before your baby arrives! $25.00 per couple
When: 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Wednesdays: August 11 and September 8
What: Help your child prepare for the arrival of a younger sibling. This class is FREE of charge.
When: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Saturdays: August 21 and September 18
What: Topics include what to expect in the hospital, the visitor policy, caring for mom after delivery, how dad bonds with his baby, and infant care including: bathing and diapering, normal sleep patterns of babies, crying, and more. Fee is $25.00 per couple.
When: 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Wednesdays, August 18 and September 15
What: This class will teach you about the missing 4th trimester, the calming reflex, the 5 S’s, and the cuddle cure, and help you learn how to calm your baby. Taught by a certified HBTOB instructor. Fee is $25.00 per couple.
